Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como objeto la identificación de los factores de riesgo psicosocial a los que se encuentran expuestos los docentes del oriente antioqueño, para llegar a ésta se realizaron visitas a varios de los municipios que conforman esta zona para así poder tomar una muestra. El tipo de metodología utilizado fue exploratorio, el análisis descriptivo y el tipo explicativo; se aplicó entrevistas a un 10% de la población docente que labora en esta zona del país, tomando como datos referenciales varios testimonios, los cuales sirvieron como base para la realización de este estudio. Después de analizar los datos recolectados, se obtuvo como resultado un alto grado de incidencia de factores que afectan la salud mental de los docentes, como son el estrés, el Mobbing, carga mental entre otros. Dado lo anterior considera pertinente una intervención por parte del estado de las condiciones de trabajo, referentes al riesgo psicosocial a los que se encuentran expuestos los docentes en el Oriente del departamento de Antioquia.
The purpose of this research is to identify the psychosocial risk factors to which teachers in eastern Antioquia are exposed. Given the above, it considers pertinent an intervention by the state of working conditions, referring to the psychosocial risk to which teachers in the East of the department of Antioquia are exposed.
