Abstract
La presente investigación muestra la importancia que tiene incentivar el capital humano del Grupo Éxito en el municipio de Bello Antioquia, esto para el buen desempeño de la organización. En primer lugar se aborda la descripción del problema con su respectiva caracterización y contextualización de la situación actual de la empresa y la pertinencia del tema. Seguido de la descripción de las variables que influyen en el desarrollo del marco teórico en el que se describe de manera detallada y amplia todas las bases teóricas que argumentan y sustentan la problemática. El enfoque de estudio elegido es mixto, con una muestra de 50 empleados con diferentes rangos profesionales y salariales, se utilizan herramientas cualitativas y cuantitativas con el fin de dar respuesta y cumplimiento al objetivo y realizar un diagnóstico organizacional sobre la actual situación del capital humano de los empleados del Grupo éxito. Por último se realiza un análisis de los resultados obtenidos y se presenta las conclusiones generales, identificando la poca importancia que le brindan al capital humano de los empleados, motivo por el cual se presentan diferentes sugerencias al área de Talento Humano para ser aplicadas a mediano y largo plazo.
This research shows the importance of encouraging the human capital of Grupo Éxito de Bello Antioquia, for the good performance of the organization. In the first place, the description of the problem is addressed with its respective characterization and contextualization of the current situation of the company and the relevance of the topic. Followed by the description of the variables that influence the development of the theoretical framework in which all the theoretical bases that argue and support the problem are described in detail and extensively. The focus of the study approach is mixed, with a sample of 50 employees with different professional and salary ranges, qualitative and quantitative tools are used in order to respond and fulfill the objective and carry out an organizational diagnosis of the current situation of the human capital of the employees of the success group. Finally, an analysis of the results obtained is carried out and the general conclusions are presented, identifying the little importance they give to the human capital of the employees, which is why different suggestions are presented to the Human Talent area to be applied to medium and long term.
