Abstract
El presente proyecto de Investigación se elaboró como un estudio orientado a
mejorar el bienestar emocional y laboral de los trabajadores, su objetivo general
consistió en diseñar un plan integral que permitiera identificar, evaluar y mitigar los
riesgos psicosociales en la organización, definiéndose tres objetivos específicos con una
metodología consiste en un enfoque mixto (cuantitativo y cualitativo) con alcance
descriptivo donde la muestra fue censal, integrada por siete empleados de la empresa
Incorca S.A.S., a quienes se le aplicaron instrumentos avalados por el Ministerio de
Trabajo de Colombia. Los resultados identificaron niveles de riesgo medio en factores
intralaborales, alto en factores extralaborales y muy alto en indicadores de estrés, siendo
las dimensiones de liderazgo y relaciones sociales las más afectadas, como respuesta, se
diseñaron e implementaron protocolos de primeros auxilios psicológicos, planes de
acompañamiento continuo y mecanismos de mitigación, tales como pausas activas
emocionales y programas de fortalecimiento del clima laboral. En conclusión, la
investigación evidenció la necesidad de un abordaje integral de los factores psicosociales
en el entorno de trabajo, proponiendo intervenciones pertinentes que favorezcan la salud
mental, reduzcan el ausentismo y promueven un ambiente organizacional más saludable
y productivo para sentar las bases de una cultura preventiva sólida al interior de la
organización Incorca S.A.S.
This preliminary project was developed as a study aimed at improving the emotional and occupational well-being of workers. Its general objective was to design a comprehensive plan to identify, evaluate, and mitigate psychosocial risks in the organization. Three specific objectives were defined using a methodology consisting of a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative) with a descriptive scope. The sample was a census-based sample of seven employees of Incorca S.A.S., who were administered instruments endorsed by the Colombian Ministry of Labor. The results identified medium risk levels for intra-work factors, high risk levels for extra-work factors, and very high-risk levels for stress indicators. Leadership and social relations were the most affected. In response, psychological first aid protocols, ongoing support plans, and mitigation mechanisms, such as active emotional breaks and work environment strengthening programs, were designed and implemented. In conclusion, the research demonstrated the need for a comprehensive approach to psychosocial factors in the workplace, proposing relevant interventions that promote mental health, reduce absenteeism, and foster a healthier and more productive organizational environment to lay the foundation for a strong preventive culture within Incorca S.A.S.
