Abstract
Indiscutiblemente; con el pasar de los años, en las empresas se ha venido incrementando la necesidad de salvaguardar el bienestar de sus colaboradores en los diferentes ámbitos. Hoy en día se habla de un bienestar integral de las personas, teniendo en cuenta los diferentes factores que puedan afectar al mismo (social, familiar, económico, físico). Desde esta concepción se podría decir que la seguridad y salud en el trabajo no es un tema reducido a un elemento de bienestar físico solamente, sino que es percibido desde áreas más profundas y complejas como lo son el ámbito natural y social el cual trae consigo repercusiones tanto positivas como negativas. Es decir, según esta concepción se toma la seguridad y salud en el trabajo como un proceso que articula los conceptos de trabajo vs bienestar físico y emocional vs medio ambiente y lugar de trabajo. No obstante, existe otro modelo para abordar esta problemática, el cual puede ser el más utilizado y conocido; este sostiene que la seguridad y salud en el trabajo es un campo interdisciplinar que engloba la prevención de riesgos laborales inherentes a cada actividad. Su objetivo principal es la promoción y el mantenimiento del más alto grado de seguridad y salud en el trabajo. Esto implica crear las condiciones adecuadas para evitar que se produzcan accidentes de trabajo y enfermedades profesionales. (Nuñez, 2013) En coincidencia con lo planteado por el primer modelo, se destaca que ambas son modelos interdisciplinarios compuestos por varios aspectos que rondan en torno a ello y que dependerá de la concordancia e integración eficiente, el alcanzar los objetivos que se propone desde esta área. En orden a lo anterior, cabe resaltar que la salud no es solo bienestar físico que le permite 10 desempeñarse efectivamente en el trabajo. Es un concepto que abarca muchos más aspectos en él, como lo son el bienestar mental, psicológico y social de la persona. Se debe entender que al colaborador no solo lo mueve la fuerza laboral, sino todos los componentes que afectan sus emocionalidades en los diferentes ámbitos. Es importante abordar el tema de accidentalidad, pues es evidente que la seguridad en el trabajo busca; en gran medida, prevenir la ocurrencia de los mismos. La accidentalidad puede presentarse de diversas formas y tiene diferentes mediciones de gravedad. En el peor de los casos se habla de perdida de movilidad permanente o perdida de la vida del colaborador. No obstante, no es un tema que solo afecte al colaborador, sino que corresponde hacerse cargo de dicha eventualidad a la empresa, esto también puede generar un sentimiento de temor en los otros colaboradores que desempeñen la misma labor del colaborador accidentado. De allí la importancia que todas las actividades que se realicen dentro de las empresas sean reguladas desde un sistema eficiente tales como los manuales de seguridad y salud en el trabajo; para el caso en particular, PILOSA podría decirse es un mecanismo de prevención y control de los riesgos que hay dentro de la institución, una herramienta para la mitigación de los accidentes a los colaboradores (empleados) o bien para las personas que se encuentran en calidad de paciente o acompañante.

Its main objective is the promotion and maintenance of the highest degree of occupational safety and health. This implies creating the right conditions to prevent accidents at work and occupational diseases. (Nuñez, 2013) In coincidence with that proposed by the first model, it is emphasized that both are interdisciplinary models composed of several aspects that are around it and that it will depend on concordance and efficient integration, to achieve the objectives proposed from this area. In order to the above, it should be noted that health is not just physical well-being that allows you to perform effectively at work. It is a concept that encompasses many more aspects in it, such as the 13 mental, psychological and social well-being of the person. It should be understood that the employee is not only moved by the workforce, but all the components that affect their emotionalities in different fields. it is important to address the issue of accident rate, as it is clear that job security seeks; To a large extent, prevent their occurrence. Accident can occur in various forms and has different severity measurements. In the worst case, there is talk of permanent loss of mobility or loss of the life of the employee. However, it is not an issue that only affects the employee, but it is appropriate to take care of this eventuality to the company, this can also generate a feeling of fear in the other employees who perform the same work of the injured employee. Desarrollar un programa de imagen, limpieza, orden y aseo que permita tener entornos de trabajo seguro y saludable, procurando disminuir los índices de accidentalidad y enfermedades laborales en las zonas administrativas y operativas de la E.S.E Hospital Manuel Uribe Ángel.
