Abstract
En el siguiente trabajo de investigación se fundamenta sobre el diseño de un biodigestor con el fin de producir gas natural, por medio del estiércol de porcino en el municipio de Cimitarra-Santander, la finalidad de este trabajo está enfocado en analizar la viabilidad de este proyecto en el resto de este municipio como también la implementación en la zona urbana con el fin de minimizar costos y maximizar recursos. Mediante los resultados obtenidos las ventajas de implementar un biodigestor como un bien energético a nivel doméstico y comercial, por otra parte, también es importante tener en cuenta los impactos económicos, sociales y ambientales que esto genera si no se lleva un control adecuado. En primera instancia se analiza la cantidad de desechos orgánicos que pueden producirse a nivel residencial y que tienen las condiciones óptimas para el proceso de biodigestión; segundamente se identifica y analiza la tecnología oportuna para los habitantes del municipio de Cimitarra- Santander permitiendo de una manera eficiente la producción de biogás en su implementación.
In the following research work is based on the design of a biodigester in order to produce natural gas, through pig manure in the municipality of Cimitarra-Santander, the purpose of this work is focused on analyzing the viability of this project in the rest of this municipality as well as the implementation in the urban area in order to minimize costs and maximize resources. Through the results obtained, the advantages of implementing a biodigester as an energy asset at a domestic and commercial level, on the other hand, it is also important to take into account the economic, social and environmental impacts that this generates if adequate control is not carried out. In the first instance, the amount of organic waste that can be produced at the residential level and that has the optimal conditions for the biodigestion process is analyzed; Secondly, the appropriate technology for the inhabitants of the municipality of CimitarraSantander is identified and analyzed, allowing the production of biogas in an efficient way in its implementation.
