Abstract
El proyecto busca determinar factibilidad para el montaje de una empresa procesadora de abono orgánico, la cual se denominará SUPPLY ORGANIC, produciendo abono orgánico a base de pulpa de café, mediante lombricompuesto con lombriz roja californiana, con el fin de ayudar a solventar la problemática ambiental y de salubridad que se genera en las fincas productoras con dicho subproducto del café. La planta de producción se encontrará en la jurisdicción de Silvania, Municipio de Gigante Huila, en una zona de fácil acceso y económico a la hora transportar la materia prima hasta la planta. El proyecto contará con una inversión inicial de $ 269.005.271, la cual será financiada en su totalidad con un crédito a un plazo de 60 meses. La empresa tendrá una capacidad en la planta de 542 m² totales distribuidos en 10 camas, donde se producirán 120 k/ m² de humus, así mismo se determinó el valor comercial del producto teniendo en cuenta los costos y gastos para su producción. Logrando una factibilidad del proyecto según indicadores como la TIR (23,56%) y VPN de $ 62.489.743.
The project seeks to determine feasibility for the installation of an organic fertilizer processing company, which will be called SUPPLY ORGANIC, producing organic fertilizer based on coffee pulp, by means of worms mixed with Californian red worm, in order to help solve the environmental and health problems that are generated in the producing farms with this coffee by-product. The production plant will be located in the jurisdiction of Silvania, Municipality of Gigante Huila, in an area easily accessible and economical to transport the raw material to the plant. The project will have an initial investment of $269,005,271, which will be fully financed with a 60-month loan.
