Abstract
Para optimizar la gestión de cartera en las entidades enfocadas en la comercialización, es esencial establecer procedimientos que traten problemas como los elevados índices del ciclo de pago. Para conseguirlo, se necesitan métodos eficaces de comunicación con los clientes y una mejora en la detección y uso de los pagos recibidos. Por lo tanto, el propósito de este estudio es estructurar una propuesta de gestión de cartera para la empresa ‘‘Entremés Máquinas Dispensadoras SAS” ubicada en la localidad de Barrios Unidos. El enfoque sugerido es descriptivo, adopta un enfoque metodológico combinado y una población limitada centrada en la empresa. Además, se llevó a cabo un análisis documental mediante una investigación de caso. Se detectaron dificultades como el exceso de trabajo en ciertos puestos, la especialización de las tareas de cobro, y la ausencia de objetivos de recuperación y recolección de cartera. Basándose en esto, se sugiere especializar funciones, establecer cargas laborales más justas, supervisar la administración de cobros y recuperación de cartera, instaurar nuevas políticas en la administración de cobros, establecer un objetivo de recuperación de cartera, seguir objetivos diarios, semanales y mensuales, tener claras las fases de cobro, elaborar un guion del proceso de cobro. Se deduce que al implementar lo previamente citado, se mejorará el rendimiento en el sector de cartera.
To optimize portfolio management in marketing-focused entities, it is essential to establish procedures that address problems such as high payment cycle rates. To achieve this, effective methods of communication with clients and improved detection and use of incoming payments are needed. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to structure a portfolio management proposal for the company ''Entremés Máquinas Dispensadoras SAS” located in the locality of Barrios Unidos. The suggested approach is descriptive, adopts a combined methodological approach and a limited population focused on the company. In addition, a documentary analysis was carried out through a case study research. Difficulties were detected such as overwork in certain positions, specialization of collection tasks, and the absence of recovery and portfolio collection objectives. Based on this, it is suggested to specialize functions, establish fairer workloads, supervise the administration of collections and portfolio recovery, establish new policies in the administration of collections, establish a portfolio recovery objective, follow daily, weekly and monthly objectives, have clear collection phases, and elaborate a collection process script. It is deduced that by implementing the above mentioned, the performance in the portfolio sector will be improved.
