Abstract
"En éste informe se entrega el paso a paso de la práctica profesional realizada en el grupo empresarial D&B Ingenieros Civiles SAS, donde se buscó diseñar un proceso que permitiera realizar las liquidaciones de nómina y de seguridad social de los diferentes consorcios evitando al máximo los errores que se venían presentando con los empleados ya que esto estaba llevando a demandas laborales.
Por medio del análisis de la información suministrada por los directores de obra, la recolección de datos como novedades, los hallazgos e identificación de los errores anteriores se pudo llegar a la conclusión del origen de los equívocos a la hora de liquidar nóminas y seguridad social de los diferentes consorcios que conforman el grupo empresarial; de ésta manera se pudo dar diferentes opiniones para concluir en el nuevo proceso que se debería llevar a cabo para evitar errores en las futuras liquidaciones y tratamiento de la información.
Los reportes que se entregaron al finalizar ésta práctica a la Gerencia fueron satisfactorios de tal manera que como resultado se dio origen al cargo de Coordinador de Nómina que anteriormente no existía, y éste quedo desde ese momento a cargo del practicante de la Uniminuto."
In this report the step by step of the professional practice carried out in the business group D & B Ingenieros Civiles SAS is delivered, where the aim was to design a process that would allow the payroll and social security settlements of the different consortia avoiding the errors that they had been presenting with the employees since this was leading to labor demands. Through the analysis of the information provided by the site managers, the collection of data such as new features, the findings and identification of the previous errors, it was possible to arrive at the conclusion of the origin of the misunderstandings when liquidating payroll and social security. the different consortiums that make up the business group; in this way different opinions could be given to conclude in the new process that should be carried out to avoid errors in future settlements and information processing. The reports that were delivered at the end of this practice to the Management were satisfactory in such a way that as a result the position of Payroll Coordinator that previously did not exist was born, and this was left from that moment in charge of the Uniminuto practitioner.

Diseñar un proceso que permita realizar las liquidaciones de nómina y la seguridad social de los diferentes consorcios, minimizando el margen de error en cuanto a la información suministrada para cada empleado y así evitar reclamos futuros y posibles demandas laborales.
