Abstract
La investigación desarrollada para PESQUERA Y SALSAMENTARIA AMA pretendía elaborar un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST) que cumpliera con la normativa nacional, garantizando condiciones laborales seguras y saludables. Para lograr este objetivo, se aplicó una metodología de tipo descriptivo con un enfoque mixto y método deductivo, dividida en cuatro fases clave: diagnóstico, planificación, investigación y ejecución. A través de estas fases, se identificaron los riesgos laborales presentes en la empresa, se evaluaron las condiciones de salud de los empleados y se diseñaron las medidas de prevención y control necesarias para mitigar dichos riesgos.
Entre los principales resultados, se destaca la identificación exhaustiva de los riesgos laborales en cada área de trabajo, lo que permitió la construcción de una matriz de riesgos específica para la empresa. Además, se desarrolló un diagnóstico detallado de las condiciones de salud y del perfil sociodemográfico de los empleados, que sirvió de base para la elaboración de un plan de acción. Las conclusiones principales subrayan la necesidad de implementar un SG-SST robusto y adaptado a las particularidades de PESQUERA Y SALSAMENTARIA AMA, asegurando así un entorno de trabajo seguro y en cumplimiento con las regulaciones vigentes.
The research conducted for PESQUERA Y SALSAMENTARIA AMA aimed primarily at developing a Work Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) that complies with national regulations, ensuring safe and healthy working conditions. To achieve this objective, a descriptive methodology with a mixed approach and deductive method was applied, divided into four key phases: diagnosis, planning, research, and execution. Throughout these phases, occupational risks present in the company were identified, employees' health conditions were assessed, and preventive and control measures necessary to mitigate these risks were designed. Among the main results, the comprehensive identification of occupational risks in each work area stands out, allowing for the construction of a specific risk matrix for the company. Additionally, a detailed diagnosis of employees' health conditions and sociodemographic profiles was developed, serving as the basis for the creation of an action plan. The main conclusions highlight the need to implement a robust SG-SST, tailored to the specificities of PESQUERA Y SALSAMENTARIA AMA, thus ensuring a safe work environment in compliance with current regulation
