Abstract
En las actividades que ejecuta la organización, se pueden presentar situaciones que requieren atención inmediata, los cuales impactan de manera negativa el bienestar y el nivel de producción de la procesadora de productos cárnicos.
In the activities carried out by the Frayco S.A.S organization, situations of attention may arise that require immediate attention, which negatively impact the well-being and the level of production of the meat products processor. For this reason, the need to design a mechanical risk management program has been identified, which allows intervention of the different mechanical risk factors, proposing control measures at the source, medium and individual.

Diseñar un programa para la gestión del riesgo mecánico como principal herramienta para la prevención de accidentes y enfermedades laborales que puedan generarse por las actividades realizadas en la planta de procesados de una empresa de productos cárnicos.
