Abstract
Durante todo el proceso investigativo, se buscó analizar los factores de riesgo inherentes a la seguridad de los colaboradores, mediante el diseño del Plan Estratégico de Seguridad Vial (PESV) que cumpla los lineamientos de la normatividad actual, mediante la planificación de acciones de mejora, que adoptaría la empresa de transporte y distribución de mercancías y que están encaminadas a alcanzar la seguridad vial como algo inherente al ser humano permitiendo así disminuir la accidentalidad por factor de tránsito en los trabajadores. Así mismo, fortaleciendo medidas preventivas en torno a la seguridad vial y con ellos minimizar los efectos adversos que puedan suscitar accidentes de tránsito. De manera que, para este fin se desarrolla todo un esquema de investigación, ejecución y documentación, cuyo resultado se refleja en este documento.
Throughout the entire investigative process, the aim was to analyze the risk factors inherent to the safety of the employees, through the design of the Strategic Road Safety Plan (PESV), in compliance with current regulations. This was achieved by planning improvement actions to be adopted by the freight transportation and distribution company, aimed at making road safety an inherent aspect of human behavior, thereby reducing trafficrelated accidents among workers. Likewise, the plan focuses on strengthening preventive measures related to road safety to minimize the adverse effects that may result from traffic accidents. To this end, a comprehensive framework of research, implementation, and documentation was developed, the results of which are reflected in this document.
