La inclusión en la escuela : una revisión bibliográfica de perspectivas y aportes

Este trabajo se propuso con el objetivo de reconocer el concepto de inclusión educativa en el contexto colombiano y los cambios que ha tenido, para lo cual fue preciso realizar una exploración de conceptos propuestos por diferentes autores, personales e institucionales, tratando de identificar en ellos los aportes más significativos, así como algunas estrategias o acciones que se proponen para promover la inclusión educativa. Todo esto bajo una estrategia de investigación documental que implicó la búsqueda, recuperación, y registro de información en fichas, para posteriormente llevar a cabo el análisis y construcción de los textos y del documento final. La revisión documental se hizo a partir de la exploración de cincuenta documentos entre los cuales se encuentran artículos científicos y publicaciones institucionales de organismos nacionales e internacionales, sin limitantes de fechas de publicación y de diferentes contextos geográficos. Se consideraron documentos claves, como la Constitución Política de Colombia de 1991, así como la Ley General de Educación o Ley 115 de 1994 y el Código de Infancia y Adolescencia. Los resultados de este trabajo indican que el tema de la inclusión resulta ser de interés no solo de profesionales de las áreas sociales, sino también un tema que interesa a gobernantes, a tal punto que empieza a incluirse en políticas públicas. Así mismo, la revisión bibliográfica da cuenta de los cambios que el concepto ha tenido, siendo un concepto que ya no se limita a considerar las personas con algún tipo de discapacidad, sino que va más allá de esta. Es decir, la inclusión educativa, no es solo permitir el acceso a quienes presenten alguna discapacidad, la inclusión educativa considera a todo aquel que exprese necesidades educativas diferentes, se trata de brindar oportunidades de desarrollo para que los niños, niñas y jóvenes puedan alcanzar su pleno desarrollo, en concordancia con sus necesidades, intereses y motivaciones.

Key documents were considered, such as the Political Constitution of Colombia of 1991, as well as the General Law of Education or Law 115 of 1994 and the Code of Childhood and Adolescence. The results of this work indicate that the issue of inclusion turns out to be of interest not only for professionals in the social areas, but also a topic of interest to governments, to such an extent that it begins to be included in public policies. Likewise, the bibliographic review accounts for the changes that the concept has had, being a concept that is no longer limited to considering people with some type of disability, but goes beyond it. That is, educational inclusion is not only allowing access to those who present a disability, educational inclusion considers everyone who expresses different educational needs, it is about providing development opportunities for children and young people to achieve their full development, in accordance with your needs, interests and motivations.
