Abstract
El hogar es el primer espacio social del ser humano, donde se busca seguridad, afecto y desarrollo de relaciones saludables. Esta investigación analiza la violencia doméstica que afecta al género masculino, explorando sus orígenes e impacto en la sociedad. El estudio, desde una perspectiva educativa, busca fortalecer el respeto, la autonomía y la dignidad, fomentando relaciones interpersonales saludables. En este contexto, la educación juega un papel crucial en la sensibilización y prevención de la violencia, proporcionando herramientas para abordar las desigualdades y promover la equidad. El trabajo se enfoca en hombres que, tras años de sufrimiento en silencio, rompen con la estructura patriarcal y expresan la necesidad de ser escuchados. En Barbosa, Antioquia, se han registrado casos de hombres que denuncian violencia doméstica, revelando una realidad silenciada. A través de la educación, se puede sensibilizar y formar en una visión sana de la masculinidad, eliminando estereotipos y roles preconcebidos.
El estudio involucra a hombres que tienen vínculo con la Institución Educativa Rural de El Hatillo, Barbosa en el municipio de Antioquia. Este enfoque busca diseñar un proyecto educativo que, mediante la reflexión y el pensamiento crítico, forme a padres y docentes en la prevención de la violencia. La meta es crear un entorno de respeto, autonomía y afectividad, evitando la repetición de ciclos violentos. La violencia doméstica hacia el género masculino es una problemática que necesita ser abordada desde una mirada educativa inclusiva, reconociendo la diversidad de género y cultural.
The home is the first social space for human beings, where they seek security, affection and the development of healthy relationships. This research analyzes domestic violence that affects the male gender, exploring its origins and impact on society. The study, from an educational perspective, seeks to strengthen respect, autonomy and dignity, promoting healthy interpersonal relationships. In this context, education plays a crucial role in raising awareness and preventing violence, providing tools to address inequalities and promote equity. The work focuses on men who, after years of suffering in silence, break with the patriarchal structure and express the need to be heard. In Barbosa, Antioquia, cases have been recorded of men who report domestic violence, revealing a silenced reality. Through education, awareness can be raised and a healthy vision of masculinity can be formed, eliminating stereotypes and preconceived roles. The study involves men who have a link with the Rural Educational Institution of El Hatillo, Barbosa in the municipality of Antioquia. This approach seeks to design an educational project that, through reflection and critical thinking, trains parents and teachers in the prevention of violence. The goal is to create an environment of respect, autonomy and affection, avoiding the repetition of violent cycles. Domestic violence against the male gender is a problem that needs to be addressed from an inclusive educational perspective, recognizing gender and cultural diversity.
