El presente proyecto de investigación se planteó como estudio para un plan de disposición final del ciclo de vida de paneles solares, teniendo en cuenta el crecimiento exponencial y acelerado de las energías renovables, la energía solar se presenta como una solución fundamental a la necesidad energética mundial, como utilización de una energía alternativa y que contribuye al mejoramiento del medio ambiente. El enfoque fue de tipo exploratorio cualitativo que me permitió focalizarme, en comprender o explicar el comportamiento de un grupo de fenómenos, un hecho o un tema, en el cual se buscó realizar una extensiva revisión bibliográfica. Se considero que la gestión para el desensamble de proyectos solares fotovoltaicos genera un mercado saliente en este sector de la industria. Los residuos generados por un módulo solar, pueden ser aprovechados en un 85% aproximadamente, teniendo en cuenta el método de tratamiento que se constituya para dicho proceso. A nivel nacional resulto inquietante el desconocimiento por parte de los fabricantes, entidades y consumidores hacia las directrices que aseguren una segura y eficaz gestión de disposición final de los módulos fotovoltaicos. En la gestión integral de los residuos por sus diversos productos y servicios ofrecidos, no se incluyen actividades y/o procesos que permitan el tratamiento pertinente para los residuos generados por sistemas fotovoltaicos. It is considered that the management for the design of solar photovoltaic projects generates an outgoing market in this sector of the industry. Approximately 85% of the waste generated by a solar module can be used, taking into account the treatment method established for said process. At the national level, the lack of knowledge on the part of manufacturers, entities and consumers of the guidelines that ensure safe and effective management of the final disposal of photovoltaic modules is worrying. In the comprehensive management of waste for its various products and services offered, activities and/or processes that allow the relevant treatment for waste generated by photovoltaic systems are not included.
