Abstract
El presente trabajo de grado se centra en analizar la percepción que tienen las empresas del sector alimenticio acerca de los retos y potenciales que tiene la Tecnología Blockchain en la cadena de suministro, se lleva a cabo una revisión literaria en el cual se presenta estudios anteriores, artículos de los temas como el origen industria 4.0, como se gestiona la cadena de suministro correctamente a partir de la tecnología Blockchain, el impacto que tiene la Tecnología Blockchain en la industria alimenticia y sus beneficios. Se realiza un instrumento estructurado que consta de tres etapas, iniciando con preguntas de categorización para la empresa, la segunda etapa es la industria 4.0 acerca si conocen o implementan tecnologías 4.0, por último, preguntas de escala Likert y de opción múltiple para conocer la percepción que tienen de la Tecnología Blockchain para las empresas, en donde los resultados obtenidos se analizan e interpretan. Se presenta el informe final con los resultados y argumentos obtenidos en el proyecto de investigación.
