Abstract
El diseño de un procedimiento de trabajo seguro para el mantenimiento y la reposición de sistemas de aire acondicionado en la empresa Soluciones Integrales Rubio S.A.S. responde al compromiso de garantizar la seguridad y el bienestar del personal técnico durante el desarrollo de sus actividades. Estas labores implican diversos riesgos, entre ellos la manipulación de componentes eléctricos, el uso de herramientas especializadas y la realización de trabajos en alturas, lo que hace indispensable contar con directrices claras y sistemáticas que minimicen la exposición a dichos peligros.
Implementar un procedimiento estructurado que incluya protocolos de actuación y medidas preventivas no solo contribuye a reducir incidentes laborales, sino que también promueve una cultura organizacional enfocada en la prevención y la responsabilidad. Este trabajo busca establecer un marco técnico y normativo que permita ejecutar las tareas de mantenimiento de forma eficiente, segura y conforme a los estándares legales vigentes, reforzando así el compromiso de la empresa con la integridad física de sus trabajadores y la calidad de sus servicios.
