dc.description.abstractEste artículo presenta una reflexión frente a la responsabilidad que tienen los Administradores de Empresas con respecto del Sistema de Gestión y Seguridad. Es importante que cada uno de ellos conozca, se sensibilice y vele por el bienestar de todos sus colaboradores para que con ello logre la productividad esperada dentro de su empresa, aportando de manera recíproca a la economía del país.Esta responsabilidad no sólo se debe tomar por cumplimiento de la ley sino por el hecho de buscar el bienestar de todos sus colaboradores y su entorno.Es primordial que este administrador se convierta en un impulsor dinámico de este sistema para que garantice el bienestar y el buen ambiente de su organización y de manera integral trascienda toda esta concientización al ambiente que lo rodea.es_ES
dc.description.abstractenglishThis article presents a reflection on the responsibility that managers of companies have regarding the Management and Security System. It is important that each one of them knows, is sensitized and looks after the welfare of all its collaborators so that it achieves the expected productivity within their company, contributing in a reciprocal way to the economy of the country. This responsibility should not only be taken for compliance with the law but also for the purpose of seeking the welfare of all its employees and their environment. It is essential that this administrator becomes a dynamic driver of this system to ensure the well-being and good atmosphere of his organization and in a comprehensive manner transcend all awareness to the environment that surrounds it.en_EN
