Abstract
La sistematización desarrollada, está fundamentada en la práctica profesional realizada en la empresa CHALLENGER S.A.S. Se plantea como objetivo “Caracterizar a los colaboradores que pertenecen al área “taller de herramientas” que se encuentran en el rango de edades entre 22 a 60 años, donde se identifican datos demográficos, datos laborales y competencias evaluadas a través de la prueba PYXOOM LITE.” La práctica se soporta a través de la psicología organizacional y la iniciativa de dicha caracterización se da por parte del área de bienestar y desarrollo, la caracterización va a generar realización de planes de desarrollo, promociones o plan carrera dentro de la misma de forma eficaz; en este caso particular se asigna la caracterización de un área específica (Taller de herramientas). Se puso en práctica la aplicación de una prueba psicotécnica a cada colaborador del área, donde se realizó un seguimiento y apoyo durante la realización de la misma; se identificaron datos demográficos y datos internos laborales, con el fin de tener en cuenta dicha información para hacer una evaluación que se ajuste a la misión que los colaboradores llevan a cabo dentro de la organización. Los resultados fueron dicientes frente a las competencias que se deben desarrollar en el área, se espera que frente a ello se pueda realizar intervención por parte del área para obtener resultados positivos en el desempeño y labor de los colaboradores.
The systematization developed is based on the professional practice carried out in the company CHALLENGER S.A.S. The objective is to "Characterize the collaborators who belong to the "tools workshop" and who are in the age range of 22 to 60 years, identifying demographic information, employment data and competencies evaluated through the PYXOOM LITE test". The practice is supported by organizational psychology and the initiative for such characterization comes from the area of welfare and development, the characterization will allow for development plans, promotions or career planning in an effective manner; in this particular case the characterization of a specific area is assigned (Tools workshop). A psycho-technical test was applied to each collaborator in the area, where follow-up and support was provided during the test; demographic information and internal employment data were identified in order to take this information into account to make an assessment that fits the mission that employees carry out within the organization. The results were relevant to the competencies to be developed in the area, it is expected that intervention can be made to obtain positive results in the performance and work of the collaborators.
