Abstract
The main objective of this research is to identify the perceived experience of clinical practices supervised by psychology students at the Minuto de Dios University Corporation, Bello headquarters, during the second semester of 2024. It is based on a qualitative approach with phenomenological and narrative methodology, to capture how students experience this process. To do this, two main tools are used: semi-structured interviews and letter writing workshops, where participants narrate their experiences autobiographically, describing the key moments of their practices. Six students participated in the research and were voluntarily summoned. Of the six students, five confirmed their attendance at the scheduled synchronous meetings. Each student participated in an individual session of approximately 90 minutes. The research results reveal that students experience a wide range of emotions, such as anxiety, fear and sadness, especially during the initial moments of clinical placements, when they are faced with real patient cases. However, as they advance in their practices, these emotions are redefined, and many develop a greater identification with their future profession. Participants indicated that pedagogical support and institutional accompaniment significantly influence their experience, and some mentioned a lack of coordination in the programming of internships, which generated additional difficulties for them.
