Abstract
Cemex es una organización Mexicana especializada en los productos de construcción por más de cien años, con el transcurso del tiempo se desarrollaron asociaciones para mejorar los métodos de sus ventas en el mercado, dichas asociaciones le dan origen a Cemex Latam Holdings, en la ciudad de Madrid España en 2012, donde la organización viene incursionando en la satisfacción de los colaboradores, clientes y la comunidad en la biodiversidad geográfica donde operan sus fábricas. Debido a la inconsistencia presentada en el año 2020 por causa de la pandemia del Covid 19, el proyecto investigativo se basó hipotéticamente por medio del informe de sostenibilidad de Cemex Latam Holdings del año 2018, ya que no era posible para el grupo de investigadores tener contacto directo con la organización. El proyecto investigativo se fundamentó en una sistematización de experiencia en el que se vivieron cuatro momentos los cuales son: la fase del Ver donde se logró hacer una descripción de la organización e identificar la debilidad que se debió subsanar; la fase del Juzgar donde se priorizo dicha debilidad a partir de la teoría; la fase del Hacer donde se establecieron los objetivos y el plan estratégico organizacional; por último la Devolución creativa, donde se plasmaron los aprendizajes desde lo supuesto vivido y la experiencia del grupo de investigación recogidos durante todo el proceso.
Cemex is a Mexican organization specialized in construction products for more than one hundred years, over time associations were developed to improve their sales methods in the market, these associations give rise to Cemex Latam Holdings, in the city of Madrid Spain in 2012, where the organization has been making inroads into the satisfaction of employees, customers and the community in the geographic biodiversity where its factories operate. Due to the inconsistency presented in 2020 due to the Covid 19 pandemic, the research project was hypothetically based on the Cemex Latam Holdings sustainability report for 2018, since it was not possible for the group of researchers to have contact direct with the organization. The research project was based on a systematization of experience in which four moments were lived, which are: the See phase where a description of the organization was made and the weakness that had to be corrected was identified; the Judging phase where said weakness was prioritized based on theory; the Doing phase where the objectives and the organizational strategic plan were established; finally the Creative Devolution, where the lessons learned from the supposed lived and the experience of the research group collected throughout the process were captured.
