Análisis de factores de riesgo, condiciones de salud y trabajo de los trabajadores de la asociación de caficultores San Pedro del Municipio de Arboleda-Nariño en el año 2024

La caficultura, en el contexto rural colombiano, enfrenta diversos riesgos ocupacionales que demandan estrategias integrales y contextualizadas para proteger la salud y seguridad de los trabajadores, en cumplimiento de normativas nacionales e internacionales. Objetivo: Este estudio tiene como objetivo analizar los factores de riesgo, condiciones de salud y trabajo que enfrentan los trabajadores de la Asociación de Caficultores de la Vereda San Pedro en Arboleda, Nariño durante el 2024. Método: Se utilizará un enfoque de investigación cuantitativo a través de encuestas, entrevistas, observaciones y revisión documental para obtener información sobre el perfil sociodemográfico, procesos productivos, factores de riesgo y nivel de riesgo en términos de condiciones laborales, carga física, aspectos psicosociales y tiempos de trabajo. Resultados: Se espera que los resultados permitan proponer recomendaciones para mitigar la exposición a factores de riesgo y mejorar la calidad de vida laboral de los caficultores, contribuyendo al desarrollo sostenible de esta comunidad agrícola, cumpliendo con principios éticos de participación voluntaria, confidencialidad y consentimiento informado
Coffee growing faces various occupational risks that demand comprehensive strategies to protect the health and safety of workers, in compliance with national and international regulations. Objective: This study aims to analyze the risk factors, health and work conditions faced by the workers of the Association of Coffee Growers of the San Pedro Village in Arboleda, Nariño during 2024. Method: A quantitative research approach will be used through surveys, interviews, observations and documentary review to obtain information on the sociodemographic profile, production processes, risk factors and risk level in terms of working conditions, physical load, psychosocial aspects and working times. Results: It is expected that the results will allow us to propose recommendations to mitigate exposure to risk factors and improve the quality of work life of coffee growers, contributing to the sustainable development of this agricultural community, complying with ethical principles of voluntary participation, confidentiality and informed consent.
