Abstract
lograr tener n diagnóstico y tratamiento adecuado

The analysis of the selected data revealed five factors related to the sleep cycle: neurophysiological factor, cognitive factor, sleep hygiene factor, subjective perception and risk factors. In conclusion, circadian rhythm disturbance is part of the natural aging process, which can be prevented by clearly differentiating it from sleep disorders, calling on mental health professionals to promote promotion and prevention of circadian rhythm disturbance in the population, in order to achieve proper diagnosis and treatment.
