The present research aims to understand the meanings that mothers and working women in the Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education program at UNIMINUTO Bello Campus attribute to their family support networks in their academic training process. To develop the information, a qualitative methodology was chosen, aligning it with the interpretive paradigm, which is related to the phenomenological approach and based on the case study with a population of four women, mothers and workers, applying, as research techniques, the structured interview in relation to sociodemographic aspects and the unstructured or in-depth interview about their life experiences exercising their multiple roles and the role that their family support networks play during their formative process. Following the analysis of the information, two relevant conclusions are emphasized, which are: First, the deep emotional value that women attribute to family support, since this not only represents practical help, but also constitutes a source of emotional support that strengthens their self-esteem and reinforces their decision to continue their education; Secondly, it highlights the facilitating role of family support networks in the sustainability of the educational process for women, mothers, workers, and students, by allowing for the collaborative distribution of responsibilities, fostering an environment that facilitates access, retention, and academic completion.
