Abstract
Se desarrolla este trabajo con el objetivo de hallar oportunidades para aumentar la exportación de joyería artesanal hacia Costa Rica y así tener un mercado más amplio en este país, siguiendo unos parámetros de mercadeo que pueden ayudar a que este producto llegue de manera más sencilla hasta Costa Rica y de cierta manera se posicione fuertemente en el mercado extranjero. A medida que el trabajo se fue desarrollando encontramos que Costa Rica es un país ideal para el comercio de la orfebrería pues el turismo es bastante alto y se puede aprovechar esta oportunidad de adquirir clientes alrededor del mundo. Se desarrollan también diversas matrices que permitieron conocer la manera en que el producto puede penetrar este mercado y como enfrentar la competencia. Se hace una investigación sobre la descripción del país, su población, su desarrollo en aspectos políticos, tecnológicos, ambientales y económicos ya que cada dato era necesario e importante para saber cómo llegar a esta cultura un poco desconocida por los exportadores colombianos. Se hacen estudios para lograr encontrar un precio adecuado para el producto, y por último se crean estrategias y tácticas para aplicar durante el proyecto.
This work is carried out with the aim of finding opportunities to increase the export of artisanal jewelry to Costa Rica and thus have a wider market in this country, following some marketing parameters that can help this product arrive in a way to Costa Rica and in a certain way positions itself strongly in the foreign market. A measure that the work was sold we find that Costa Rica is an ideal country for goldsmith trade the because tourism is quite high, and you can take advantage of this opportunity to acquire customers around the world. Various matrices are developed that you can still know how the product penetrates this market and how to face the competition. Research is done on the description of the country, its population, its development in political, technological, environmental and economic aspects since each data was necessary and important to know how to reach this culture a little unknown by exporters Colombian. Studies are done to find a price for the product, and finally strategies and tactics are created to implement the project.
