Abstract
El clima organizacional es un factor importante que todas las empresas deben implementar para generar estabilidad emocional y laboral de cada uno de sus colaboradores, por eso es de vital importancia identificar a tiempo aquellas acciones que hacen de este un mal ambiente laboral, y así mismo poder darles una solución. A este término se le une el trabajo en equipo, el cual es aquel que permite lograr los objetivos siempre y cuando todos los participantes actúen de la mejor manera, cooperando al cumplimiento de este por medio de la productividad y a su vez genere el éxito de la compañía.
A partir de lo enunciado anteriormente este trabajo se desarrolló en diferentes fases:
La primera consiste en identificar cual problema se está presentando en la compañía y cuáles pueden ser las posibles causas. Es aquí donde se observa que en el área de producción de la empresa existe un mal ambiente laboral, donde no permite el correcto desempeño de los trabajadores.
La segunda se fundamenta en proponer una serie de objetivos y alcances que permitan de algún modo aportar al mejor ambiente laboral, por medio de un plan de mejoramiento.
No obstante, para dar viabilidad al proyecto, es importante justificar a partir de diferentes tesis y estudios basados en la importancia de mantener un buen clima laboral al interior de las organizaciones, es de allí donde se desarrolla toda la parte teórica, acompañada de propuestas que sean implementado en otras compañías. Se procede a la realización de una encuesta a los trabajadores de la empresa, la cual permite dar afirmación del planteamiento de la problemática, con base en los resultados y el análisis generando, se desarrolla el plan de mejoramiento.
The organizational climate is an important factor that all companies must implement to generate emotional and work stability for each of their collaborators, which is why it is vitally important to identify in time those actions that make this a bad work environment and be able to give them a solution. Teamwork is added to this term, which is the one that allows achieving the objectives if all the participants act in the best way, cooperating to fulfill this through productivity and in turn generate the success of the company. Based on the above, this work was developed in different phases: The first is to identify which problem is occurring in the company and what the possible causes may be. It is here where it is observed that in the production area of the company there is a bad work environment, where it does not allow the correct performance of the workers. The second is based on proposing a series of objectives and scope that allow in some way to contribute to the best work environment, through an improvement plan. However, to make the project viable, it is important to justify from different theses and studies based on the importance of maintaining a good working environment within organizations, it is from there where the entire theoretical part is developed, accompanied by proposals that be implemented in other companies. A survey of the company's workers is carried out, which allows an affirmation of the approach to the problem, based on the results and the analysis generated, the improvement plan is developed.
