Abstract
Esta investigación tiene como propósito orientar a la Pyme Rapi vidrios, sobre la implementación de la metodología 5S, conociendo sus factores relevantes que afectan el desarrollo de su actividad económica, se consideró conveniente que para realizar un diagnóstico apropiado se debía hacer entrevistas tanto a personal operativo como administrativo activo en la empresa; será de gran importancia al momento de la ejecución del proyecto. El objetivo principal es: Dar a conocer con claridad el estado actual de la empresa y brindar una herramienta de mejora que permita que por medio del orden y aseo se disminuya los ausentismos y que la producción aumente. Con la coyuntura que está atravesando el mundo con el Covid-19, donde el orden y el aseo son la principal herramienta para proteger la humanidad, es necesario implementar en esta Pyme unos protocolos que den cumplimiento a un sistema orientado a ello, por eso se pretende proponer un plan estratégico en una de las áreas de esta empresa. Que permita que su crecimiento en el entorno económico sea constante y duradero, para superar este reto actual y que sirva como referente para las demás áreas y en un futuro se pueda implementar en toda la empresa.
The purpose of this research is to guide the Pyme Rapi vidrios, on the implementation of the 5S methodology, knowing its relevantfactors that the development of its economic activity, it was considered convenient that in order to carry out an appropriate diagnosis, interviews should have been carried out with both operational and administrative active in the company; It will be of great importance at the time of project execution.The main objective is to clearly publicize the current state of the company and provide an improvement tool that allows absenteeism to be reduced through order and cleanliness and production to increase.With the situation that the world is going through with Covid-19, where order and cleanliness are the main tool to protect humanity, it is necessary to implement in this SME protocols that comply with a system oriented to it, that is why intends to propose a strategic plan in one of the areas of this company. That it allows its growth in the economic environment to be constant and lasting, to overcome this current challenge and that it serves as a reference for other areas and in the future it can be implemented throughout the company.
