Abstract
En esta investigación se indaga acerca del fenómeno del acoso laboral dentro de las
organizaciones para orientar el papel que debe jugar el gerente de riesgos laborales
seguridad y salud en el trabajo cuando lo enfrente, como operar en estos casos y mitigar
el impacto que este puede ocasionar.
Para ello se hace un análisis de la normatividad colombiana en el marco de la ley 1010
de 2006, de los factores psicosociales que implican enfermedad laboral visto desde el
decreto 1477 de 2014, y comprobaciones empíricas de distintos autores donde se estudió
en detalle este fenómeno.
Además, se analiza los daños y pérdidas que se presentan para la fuerza laboral y para
la organización vista desde el factor de salud para el empleado y la productividad.
Finalmente, se plantea un protocolo que debe ser activado en caso de presentarse esta
situación dentro de las organizaciones el cual identificará y mitigará los problemas y los
atacara de inmediato buscando mantener un empleado en óptimas condiciones para el
desarrollo de sus labores.
