Identificación de factores de riesgo ergonómicos en publicistas de la empresa Four Colors Digital S.A.S

El presente trabajo de investigación se realiza con el objetivo de Identificar los factores de riesgo ergonómicos a los que están expuestos los trabajadores de la empresa FOUR COLORS DIGITAL S.A.S del área de diseño gráfico, aplicando una lista de comprobación ergonómica de Ergonautas. La metodología utilizada para la investigación es de tipo cualitativo con enfoque descriptivo, tiene por objetivo evaluar las diferentes características de la población trabajadora y obtener el análisis de datos recolectados. Por otra parte, en los hallazgos encontrados se tuvo mayor relevancia en los riesgos de diseño de puesto de trabajo e iluminación, la población sujeta de estudio fue a 5 trabajadores del área de publicidad donde se encontró la importancia de un Sistema de vigilancia epidemiológica por los desórdenes osteomusculares y además se evidencia un alto grado de fatiga visual por la falta de iluminación en el área de CTP (computer to place) que no se puede eliminar o sustituir por otra, ya que implica daños en los procesos de producción y se dan propuestas de intervención respecto a los riesgos mencionados.
The present research work is carried out with the objective of Identifying the ergonomic risk factors to which the workers of the company FOUR COLORS DIGITAL S.A.S of the graphic design area are exposed, applying an ergonomic Ergonauts checklist. The methodology used for the research is of a qualitative type with a descriptive approach, its objective is to evaluate the different characteristics of the working population and obtain the analysis of collected data. On the other hand, in the findings found there was greater relevance in the risks of design of workstation and lighting, the population under study went to 5 workers in the advertising area where the importance of an epidemiological surveillance system was found by the musculoskeletal disorders and also a high degree of visual fatigue is evidenced by the lack of lighting in the area of CTP (computer to place) that cannot be eliminated or replaced by another, since it implies damages in the production processes and proposals are given of intervention regarding the aforementioned risks.
