Abstract
El presente ejercicio investigativo, tiene como finalidad Analizar los Factores de riesgos psicosociales asociados al perfil sociodemográfico y al ambiente laboral de los funcionarios y contratistas de la Personería Distrital de Medellín, por lo cual, a través del enfoque cuantitativo se busca identificar y describir por medio de la aplicación de la batería de riesgos psicosociales aquellos aspectos a los cuales se encuentran expuestos los trabajadores de la entidad.
Estudio de tipo descriptivo, con un numero de 44 participantes que laboran en los diferentes procesos de la entidad (Personería auxiliar, despacho del personero, gestión financiera, unidad permanente de los derechos humanos, atención al público, unidad pare la atención del público, etc.), los cuales, a la hora de preguntarles sobre aspectos de su personalidad y de sus puestos de trabajo, permitieron identificar que existen diferentes riesgos psicosociales al interior de la entidad, debido, a múltiples situaciones que no han sido tenidas en cuenta por los administradores de turno.
Como resultado de este ejercicio, se dejan algunas recomendaciones a la entidad, las cuales pueden ser utilizadas para gestionar de manera efectiva a sus trabajadores en todas las dimensiones.
The purpose of this research exercise is to analyze the psychosocial risk factors associated with the sociodemographic profile and the work environment of the employees and contractors of the Personería Distrital de Medellín, for which, through a quantitative approach, we seek to identify and describe by means of the application of the psychosocial risk battery those aspects to which the employees of the entity are exposed. A descriptive study, with a number of 44 participants working in the different processes of the entity (auxiliary office, office of the ombudsman, financial management, permanent unit of human rights, public attention, unit for public attention, etc.), which, when asked about aspects of their personality and their jobs, allowed to identify that there are different psychosocial risks within the entity, due to multiple situations that have not been taken into account by the administrators on duty. As a result of this exercise, some recommendations are left to the entity, which can be used to effectively manage its workers in all dimensions.
