Abstract
La alta tasa de rotación de colaboradores representa un desafío crítico para las empresas, como se observa en el caso de la empresa Multinacional analizada en esta investigación, particularmente en su departamento de ventas, La empresa Multinacional se dedica al cuidado de la piel desarrollando productos de cuidado personal y cosmético, actualmente ha externalizado sus procesos de reclutamiento y enfrenta el problema relacionado con la alta rotación de personal. Según el análisis realizado, se identificaron como principales causas las políticas de compensación poco competitivas, falta de oportunidades de desarrollo profesional, constantes cambios y demandas del cliente, ausencia de reconocimiento y motivación de los colaboradores. También se observó una participación limitada de la empresa Multinacional en la selección de personal y una gestión inadecuada de la relación entre cliente y proveedor. A partir de este diagnóstico, se sientan las bases para desarrollar estrategias efectivas e innovadoras basados en la gestión del proceso de contratación de personal de ventas mediante el outsourcing de talento humano, al entender mejor las preocupaciones y necesidades de los colaboradores, la empresa cliente podrá evaluar con mayor precisión la situación actual del outsourcing de talento humano en el proceso de selección de personal y de esa manera mejorar las estrategias y pautas que impulsen su competitividad y éxito a largo plazo en el mercado mundial.
The high employee turnover rate represents a critical challenge for companies, as seen in the case of the multinational company analyzed in this research, particularly in its sales department. The multinational company specializes in skin care, developing personal care and cosmetic products. It has currently outsourced its recruitment processes and faces the issue of high employee turnover. According to the analysis, the main causes identified were uncompetitive compensation policies, lack of professional development opportunities, constant changes and customer demands, and the absence of recognition and motivation for employees. There was also limited participation from the multinational in the recruitment process and poor management of the client-provider relationship. Based on this diagnosis, the foundations are laid to develop effective and innovative strategies focused on managing the sales recruitment process through human talent outsourcing. By better understanding employees' concerns and needs, the client company will be able to assess more accurately the current situation of human talent outsourcing in the recruitment process and thus improve strategies and guidelines that boost its competitiveness and long-term success in the global market.
