Abstract
The present research aimed to analyze the perception of occupational well-being among the collaborators of the NGO Crecer en Familia, located in the city of San José de Cúcuta. The study was developed under a quantitative and descriptive approach, using the General Occupational Well-being Questionnaire (qBLG) designed by Blanch, Sahagún, Cantera, and Cervantes (2010), which was adapted to the institutional context. The population consisted of 35 collaborators, to whom the instrument was applied directly. The results showed that the participants present a medium–high level of occupational well-being, mainly characterized by emotional satisfaction, commitment to the institutional mission, and positive interpersonal relationships within the organization. The psychosocial well being and organizational conditions dimensions obtained the most favorable scores, while collateral effects, such as exhaustion or somatization, appeared at low levels. It is concluded that the NGO maintains a favorable work environment, although it is necessary to strengthen institutional well-being strategies focused on self-care, internal communication, and job stability, in order to consolidate a positive and sustainable organizational climate over time.
