Abstract
The objective of this research was "To analyze the factors influencing the loyalty of outsourced fleets for national bulk cargo transportation in transportation companies in Bogotá." A quantitative methodological design with a correlational scope was employed, applying surveys to a sample of 93 transportation companies, selected through convenience sampling. This method was justified by the willingness and accessibility of the companies to participate in the study. The quantitative approach allowed for the collection of numerical data and its statistical analysis to identify patterns and relationships between key variables. The study, conducted in 2024, examined the expectations of outsourced vehicle owners and characterized the companies that provide loyal fleets. The results revealed that economic factors are prioritized, with timely payments (4.78/5.0) and competitive rates (4.72/5.0) being the most valued elements. A positive correlation (0.72) was also identified between communication satisfaction and the likelihood of recommendation. Training programs and incentives showed a moderate correlation (0.49), while 60.6% of transporters preferred monetary incentives. It is concluded that effective loyalty of outsourced fleets requires a comprehensive approach that combines economic incentives, professional development, technological tools, and efficient operational processes. This approach must be supported by effective communication, which is essential for building sustainable business relationships in the cargo transportation sector.
