Abstract
El clima laboral se entiende como la idea del ambiente de trabajo, en donde se encuentra
directamente relacionado con la conducta de los colaboradores, de manera que influye en el
personal de la institución afectando cada una de las situaciones, donde se llegan a tornar poco
saludable, generando malas relaciones en las interacciones laborales y personales de manera que
juega un papel vital debido a que influye significativamente en las actitudes y repercute en la
eficacia y eficiencia. De manera que se analizo el Clima laboral en la Institución Educativa
Departamental San Antonio del municipio de Anapoima con el fin de determinar cuáles eran sus
falencias y por medio de estrategias fortalecerlo y mitigar los posibles daños, al ambiente y con
este a sus colaboradores mejorando su entorno laboral. Por consiguiente, en la investigación se
tomó como muestra los 22 educadores, donde laboran medio tiempo, así que la investigación fue
de enfoque cuantitativo que es una vía por la cual se obtiene soportes de la investigación por
medio de elementos de carácter cognitivo y resultados numéricos que son extraídos de las
circunstancias reales y el tipo de alcance descriptivo. Asimismo, se utilizaron técnicas como la
observación que, consiste en observar personas, fenómenos, hechos, casos, objetos, acciones,
situaciones, al igual que encuestas donde busca dar respuestas a problemas tanto en términos
descriptivos como de relación de variables, también encuestas, que proporcionan información
sobre las opiniones, actitudes y comportamientos de los ciudadanos. Por ello se pudo concluir
que, el clima laboral es vital en las organizaciones, es necesario y trascendental realizar los
estudios acordes a cada institución, debido a la labor que desempeñan los colaboradores como
docentes en el cumplimiento de sus tareas u oficios cotidianos, es sustancial detectar a tiempo los
peligros y riesgos a los que se ven expuestos, como el riesgo psicosocial, el cual se da de una manera silenciosa y la mayoría de las personas no lo notan, o no le prestan la atención que este
requiere.
The work environment is understood as the idea of the work environment, where it is directly related to the behavior of employees, so that it influences the staff of the institution affecting each of the situations, where they become unhealthy, generating bad relationships in work and personal interactions so that it plays a vital role because it significantly influences attitudes and affects the Effectiveness and efficiency. So the work environment in the San Antonio Departmental Educational Institution of the municipality of Anapoima was analyzed in order to determine what its shortcomings were and through strategies strengthen it and mitigate possible damages, to the environment and with this to its collaborators improving their work environment. Therefore, in the research Se took as a sample the 22 educators, part-time, so that the research was of quantitative approach that is a way by which research supports are obtained through elements of cognitive character and numerical results that are extracted from the real circumstances and the type of descriptive scope. Likewise, techniques such as observation were used, which consists of observing people, phenomena, facts, cases, objects, actions, situations, as well as surveys where it seeks to give answers to problems both in descriptive terms and in terms of relationship of variables, also surveys, which provide information on the opinions, attitudes and behaviors of citizens. Therefore, it was concluded that, the work environment is vital in organizations, it is necessary and transcendental to carry out the studies according to each institution, due to the work carried out by the collaborators as teachers in the fulfillment of their tasks or daily trades, it is substantial to detect in time the dangers and risks to which they are exposed, such as psychosocial risk, which occurs in a silensian way and most people do not notice it, or do not pay the attention it requires.

Analizar el clima laboral en la Institución Educativa Departamental San Antonio del
municipio de Anapoima, con el fin de determinar cuáles son sus falencias y por medio de
estrategias fortalecer, mitigar posibles daños al ambiente y a sus colaboradores.
