Abstract

Podemos definir una evacuación como un conjunto de acciones individuales y grupales cuyo objetivo es realizar un proceso de desalojo ordenado y seguro de una instalación, es por ello, que se emplean unos protocolos y estrategias que permiten evacuar a las personas en el menor tiempo posible a zonas de menor riesgo.We can define an evacuation as a set of individual and group actions whose objective is to preserve and protect the lives of the occupants who are inside a building, which is why strategies and protocols are used that allow evacuating people in as little time as possible to areas of lower risk. For this reason, a series of activities are contemplated which are categorized by phases and allow to establish, know, and identify the different risks, their characteristics, and behaviors in order to minimize negative impacts and thus avoid major occurrences towards the occupants of the shopping center.
