La influencia de la salud mental en el personal de enfermería que presenta síndrome de burnout.

La presente investigación pretende realizar una revisión documental sobre la influencia de la salud mental en el personal de enfermería que presenta síndrome de burnout. Para cumplir con dicho objetivo se eligió un enfoque cualitativo con alcance descriptivo. La técnica utilizada fue una revisión documental con búsqueda en la base de datos: Scopus, Pubmed, Redalyc, Scielo, Dialnet, al igual que en repositorios de distintas universidades. Para la muestra fueron elegidas un total de 28 unidades de análisis entre los que están (19) artículos de investigación cuantitativa, (7) artículos de investigación cualitativa y (2) investigaciones mixtas.
El diseño metodológico se realizó con base a los fundamentos de Eumelia Galeano Marín. Los resultados, por su parte, están divididos en dos partes, la primera se divide en: tendencias metodológicas, tendencia por tipo de estudio, tendencia en el uso de instrumentos, tendencia por frecuencia de año y tendencias por país. La segunda parte, se logra a partir de una discusión del análisis de resultados, donde se encontró que las investigaciones estudian el síndrome de burnout desde diversas causas multifactoriales que se derivan de su presencia.
This research aims to conduct a documentary review on the influence of mental health on nursing staff with burnout syndrome. To achieve this objective, a qualitative approach with a descriptive scope was chosen. The technique used was a documentary review with searches in the following databases: Scopus, Pubmed, Redalyc, Scielo, Dialnet, as well as in the repositories of various universities. A total of 20 units of analysis were selected for the sample, including (19) quantitative research articles, (7) qualitative research articles, and (2) mixed research articles. The methodological design was based on the principles of Eumelia Galeano Marin. The results are divided into two parts. The first part is divided into methodological trends, trends by type of study, trends in the use of instruments, trends by frequency per year, and trends by country. The second part is based on a discussion of the analysis of results, where it was found that the research studies the object from factors associated with the onset of burnout syndrome, highlighting age, work context, and the working conditions faced by nursing professionals.
