Abstract
El presente trabajo de sistematización permite identificar las causas del ausentismo en Escanografia Neurológica del área administrativa analizando los puestos de trabajo para determinar una posible solución según los estándares del Decreto 1072 en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo. Se identificó las principales enfermedades que se estaban generando por los riesgos biomecánicos, se estableció un programa de prevención y promoción, un plan de capacitación en posturas ergonómicas identificado gracias a la entrevista realizada a cada uno de los empleados. A las propuestas se le harán seguimiento por medio de un plan donde se establezcan las fechas a evaluar con el fin de verificar la efectividad. Los riesgos biomecánicos si no se minimizan pueden convertirse en un problema de gran magnitud para la organización, pueden causar enfermedades profesionales, los días de ausentismo se pueden extender y es ahí donde se disminuye la productividad y el personal no se encontrara motivado para realizar las diferentes actividades.
The present systematization work allows to identify the causes of absenteeism in Neurological Scanning of the administrative area by analyzing the jobs to determine a possible solution according to the standards of Decree 1072 on Occupational Health and Safety. The main diseases that were being generated by the biomechanical risks were identified, a prevention and promotion program was established, and a training plan in ergonomic positions identified thanks to the interview conducted with each of the employees. Proposals will be monitored through a plan where the dates to be evaluated are established in order to verify effectiveness. Biomechanical risks if not minimized can become a major problem for the organization, can cause occupational diseases, absenteeism days can be extended and that is where productivity is reduced and staff will not be motivated to perform different activities
