Abstract
En la investigación denominada Análisis de la distribución del producto terminado de las líneas de calzado y bolso de la empresa cueros Vélez, se abordó el problema fundamental de identificarlos puntos críticos del proceso de despacho de producto terminado y los métodos adecuados para realizar una distribución asertiva, logrando establecer las características con las que cuenta el producto fabricado según necesidad de los clientes de la compañía. La metodología utilizada se desarrolló con un enfoque mixto con un alcance exploratorio y como instrumento de análisis se incorpora una encuesta al personal del área comercial, Producción, Mercadeo y Diseñadores de cueros la compañía, para identificar criterios de segmentación del mercado y el proceso actual de distribución de producto. Se realizan consultas en textos y bases de datos referentes al tema y la información suministrada por la empresa, para tener así un criterio más a fondo respecto al proceso que se le da al producto terminado de las líneas de Calzado y Bolsos en las diferentes ciudades del país desde el momento de la producción hasta el momento de la distribución y la entrega final del producto, buscando identificar cuáles son las diversas estrategias que se podrían adoptar para llevar la satisfacción de los clientes al momento de comprar sus productos. Se pudo obtener como principal conclusión que, las preferencias de adquisición del producto varían según el tipo y estilo de Calzado y Bolso de acuerdo con la posición geográfica del cliente, teniendo como factor clave el clima, el cual influye directamente con el comportamiento de compra de los consumidores.
In the research called Analysis of the distribution of the finished product of the footwear and handbag lines of the company Cueros Vélez, the fundamental problem of identifying the critical points of the finished product dispatch process and the appropriate methods for an assertive distribution was addressed, establishing the characteristics of the manufactured product according to the needs of the company's customers. The methodology used was developed with a mixed approach with an exploratory scope and as an instrument of analysis, a survey of the company's commercial area, production, marketing and leather designers was incorporated to identify market segmentation criteria and the current product distribution process. Consultations are made in texts and databases on the subject and the information provided by the company, in order to have a more in-depth criterion regarding the process that is given to the finished product of the Footwear and Handbags lines in the different cities of the country from the time of production to the time of distribution and final delivery of the product, seeking to identify what are the various strategies that could be adopted to bring customer satisfaction at the time of purchasing their products. It was possible to obtain as main conclusion that, the product acquisition preferences vary according to the type and style of Footwear and Handbag due to the geographical position of the customer, having as a key factor the climate, which directly influences the purchasing behavior of consumers.
