Abstract
Esta investigación se realizó con el fin de demostrarle a los estratos 1 y 2 del municipio de Envigado las ventajas que se pueden obtener al utilizar el bambú como material de construcción de las (VIS). Básicamente se realizó este proyecto con el soporte en propuestas de diferentes autores, asimismo con las encuestas realizadas se pudo consolidar, que la gran mayoría de personas tienen ingresos de uno a dos SMLV, además el 76% de las personas encuestadas de la zona rural del Municipio de Envigado de estratos 1 y 2 no cuentan con vivienda propia , manifestaron sentirse seguros viviendo en una casa con la estructura de bambú, viendo esta como una gran posibilidad de adquirir vivienda propia, en conclusión el bambú es una buena alternativa para que las personas y familias de bajos recursos de la zona rural de estratos 1 y 2 puedan obtener vivienda propia, del mismo modo se puede afirmar que el proyecto del bambú como materia l sostenible para la construcción de viviendas de interés social en el Municipio de Envigado es viable según los datos arrojados por las encuesta.
This research is aimed to demonstrate to people of 1 and 2 social stratum, at Enviga do Colombia, the advantages that can be gain by using bamboo as a construction material to build social housing. The information presented is supported on different authors, likewise based on surveys in which it was found that the large majority of people have incomes between one and two minimum salaries, in addition 76% of the people surveyed from the rural area of Envigado do not have their own home, they saidthey feel safe living in a house with a bamboo structure, seeing this as a great possibility to acquire their own home, in conclusion bamboo is a good alternative for people and low-income families in the rural area of social strata 1 and 2 can obtain their own housing, in the same way it can be affirmed that the bamboo project as a sustainable material for the construction of social housing in the Municipality of Envigado is viable according to the data from the survey.
