Análisis del Modelo Administrativo de la Escuela de Música de Bello 2024
Durante la historia de la humanidad el trabajo colaborativo ha significado un pilar fundamental para el desarrollo de ésta y la administración ha sido una de las herramientas fundamentales para su articulación en la sociedad, el manejo de sus recursos y la asociatividad. Es por esto por lo que es importante entender los modelos administrativos que usan o se pueden aplicar en las diversas organizaciones ya sean de carácter público o privado, como lo es el caso de la Escuela de Música de Bello, un proyecto de inversión social del municipio de Bello creado bajo el acuerdo municipal 061 de 1994. Actualmente la escuela ha tenido una expansión significativa, posicionándose en 2024 por la excelencia de sus procesos formativos, mismo año donde se inicia un proceso de transición a nivel administrativo, lo que significó indagar, sobre la existencia y aplicación de un modelo administrativo que permitiera a la dirección entrante la adaptación de estrategias y la implementación de herramientas que optimicen la toma de decisiones que permitan el continuo desarrollo y crecimiento de esta. Ante este panorama surge el abordaje del problema el cual se hizo bajo el método cualitativo, a través un enfoque inductivo y tipo de investigación descriptiva, donde se realizó análisis documental y entrevistas semiestructuradas aplicadas a un grupo focal
Throughout the history of humanity, collaborative work has been a fundamental pillar for its development and administration has been one of the fundamental tools for its articulation in society, the management of its resources and associativity. This is why it is important to understand the administrative models that are used or can be applied in various organizations, whether public or private, as is the case of the Bello Music School, a social investment project of the municipality of Bello created under municipal agreement 061 of 1994. Currently the school has had a significant expansion, positioning itself in 2024 for the excellence of its formative processes, the same year when a process of transition at the administrative level began, which meant to inquire about the existence and application of an administrative model that would allow the incoming management to adapt strategies and implement tools that would optimize the decision making process and allow the continuous development and growth of the school. In view of this scenario, the approach to the problem was made under the qualitative method, through an inductive approach and descriptive research type, where documentary analysis and semi-structured interviews applied to a focus group were carried out
