Abstract
Tecnimaster es una empresa emergente de la ciudad de Bogotá dedicada a la rectificación
de motores de combustible fósil que ha experimentado un crecimiento acelerado desde su
inauguración, lo que supone la necesidad de contar con una planeación estratégica clara y una
cultura organizacional definida que redunden en estabilidad, orden y proyección, fundamental
para el beneficio de clientes internos, externos, así como de los stakeholders.
De tal forma, que se debía realizar una investigación teórica con una minuciosa revisión
bibliográfica, pero especialmente enfocada, al diagnóstico en la práctica del funcionamiento de la empresa. Para ello, fue necesario un trabajo detallado de observación por parte de los autores.
Adicionalmente, con la aplicación del Modelo de Modernización para la Gestión de las
Organizaciones (MMGO), fue posible la medición de la gestión, involucrando el desarrollo de
competencias tecnológicas y de innovación en el contexto empresarial a nivel Pymes.
De esta forma, fue posible la caracterización de diferentes estadios y aspectos de la
empresa, reconociendo la necesidad prioritaria de construir una propuesta de cultura
organizacional y planeación estratégica de Tecnimaster.
Tecnimaster is an emerging company from the city of Bogotá dedicated to the rectification of fossil fuel engines, which has experienced accelerated growth since its establishment, raising the need for a strategic approach that manages to precisely focus efforts to generate stability, order and projection, which is essential for the benefit of internal and external clients as well as stakeholders. In such a way, it was necessary to carry out an investigation at a theoretical level with a thorough bibliographic review but especially focused on the diagnosis in practice of the company’s operation; Therefore, detailed observation work by the authors was necessary. Furthermore, with the application of the Modernization Model for the Management of Organizations (MMGO), it was possible to measure management by directly stimulating the development of technological competencies in the business context at the SME level. In this way, it was possible to characterize different stages and aspects, thus recognizing potential and opportunities for improvement, but also as the main input of the strategic platform and other aspects for the construction of the strategic framework of the Tecnimaster company.
