Abstract
Características para establecer un modelo de gestión de proyectos según la percepción de directivos y gerentes en las organizaciones en el municipio de Medellín en el 2024" se centra en identificar los elementos esenciales que deben formar parte de un modelo de gestión de proyectos adaptado a las particularidades de las organizaciones en Medellín. A través de un enfoque mixto, que combina técnicas cualitativas y cuantitativas, se recopilaron y analizaron percepciones de directivos y gerentes locales. EL estudio propone un modelo de gestión de proyectos que responde a las necesidades específicas de las organizaciones en Medellín, enfatizando la relevancia de un enfoque flexible y tecnológicamente integrado. Este modelo tiene el potencial de mejorar la eficiencia y la efectividad en la ejecución de proyectos en un entorno dinámico y competitivo, posicionando a las organizaciones locales para enfrentar los desafíos contemporáneos con mayor éxito.
