Abstract
Virtual Televisión es una agencia de comunicaciones, marketing y publicidad, que ha
afianzado su core de negocios en el sector público mediante el concurso en licitaciones públicas,
con una experticia de más de dos décadas en la elaboración de proyectos orientados en la
promoción y divulgación de los derechos humanos; en temas de desarrollo y cambio social y
establecimiento de la paz para entidades del sector gubernamental, agencias de cooperación y
organismos multilaterales.
Durante los últimos cinco años la organización ha percibido disminución de los ingresos
en razón de la proliferación de la competencia y la disminución de los presupuestos destinados
en los procesos licitatorios y un impacto desde las medidas político-sociales tomadas por el
Gobierno nacional en el último año en ocasión de la pandemia de la COVID-19.

They have an expertise of more than two decades in the project development oriented in promotion and dissemination of human rights, development topics and building peace for government entities, cooperation agencies and multilateral organizations. During the last five years the organization has perceived a decrease in the income due to the proliferation of competition and the reduction in budgets allocated in bidding process and an impact from political-social measures taken by the National Government in the last year on the occasion of the COVID-19 pandemic.
