Estrategia gerencial para promover una cultura organizacional innovadora. Estudio de caso Rosas Tesalia S.A.S.

Rosas Tesalia S.A.S. es una empresa agroindustrial colombiana dedicada a la producción de flores de exportación con destino a los mercados de Estados Unidos, Asia y Europa. La empresa se enfrentaba a un desafío crucial en su proceso de mejora continua; dado que no se están presentando ideas de crecimiento por la planta administrativa y/o operativa; lo que plantea un obstáculo significativo para la consecución de los objetivos de mejora y para la adaptación de la empresa a las demandas del mercado. Debido a esto surgió la siguiente pregunta, ¿Cómo desarrollar una estrategia organizacional mediante una gestión de indicadores en la empresa Rosas Tesalia S.A.S. para mejorar el monitoreo del desempeño organizacional y su eficacia en la producción?
Para dar respuesta a esta interrogante se desarrolló una estrategia gerencial que promoviera una cultura organizacional innovadora, potenciando su capacidad productiva, fomentando el trabajo en equipo y la adaptabilidad frente a los cambios del entorno. Dentro de este orden de ideas se determinaron las causas y las consecuencias de la resistencia a la introducción de nuevos procesos en la empresa Rosas Tesalia S.A.S. mediante encuestas; para luego identificar las estrategias organizacionales implementadas por la empresa, con el fin de comprender su impacto en el desempeño general y la gestión interna. Por último, se generaron estrategias organizacionales faltantes en la empresa. Este trabajo se enfocó en comprender y proponer herramientas para superar la resistencia al cambio que enfrentan muchos colaboradores.
Rosas Tesalia S.A.S. is a Colombian agro-industrial company dedicated to the production of export flowers destined for the United States, Asia, and Europe. The company was facing a crucial challenge in its continuous improvement process; given that no ideas of growth are being presented by the administrative and/or operational plant; which poses a significant obstacle to the achievement of improvement objectives and to the adaptation of the company to market demands. Due to this, the following question arose, how to develop an organizational strategy through indicator management in the company Rosas Tesalia S.A.S. to improve the monitoring of organizational performance and its effectiveness in production? To answer this question, a management strategy was developed that would promote an innovative organizational culture, enhancing its productive capacity, encouraging teamwork and adaptability in the face of changes in the environment. Within this order of ideas, the causes, and consequences of the resistance to the introduction of new processes in the company Rosas Tesalia S.A.S. were determined through surveys; to then identify the organizational strategies implemented by the company, to understand their impact on overall performance and internal management. Finally, organizational strategies were generated that were missing in the company. This work focused on understanding and proposing tools to overcome the resistance to change faced by many employees.

Desarrollar una estrategia de gestión en Rosas Tesalia S.A.S., que promueva una cultura innovadora, potenciando su capacidad productiva, fomentando el trabajo en equipo y la adaptabilidad al cambio; mediante la implementación de un sistema de indicadores que permitan monitorear y mejorar el desempeño productivo y organizacional.
