"El presente documento pretende dar a conocer la importancia de realizar un cierre contable de las cuentas que se afectan en el proceso de nómina y seguridad social, al final de cada mes con el propósito de mejorar los tiempos del proceso de cierre de año. También ayuda a optimizar el tiempo de respuesta para pago de impuestos o tercero necesarios y adicionalmente se mitiga los errores que se presente en el sistema.
