El presente trabajo de investigación denominado Propuesta para la Prevención de enfermedades laborales de orden musculo esqueléticos en los oficiales de REDES ELÉCTRICAS DE LA EMPRESA ELECTRO MONTAJES MADRID S.A.S. en el municipio de Medellín Antioquia Colombia, es realizado con el fin de analizar y formular estrategias que permite mitigar enfermedades laborales a causa de los desórdenes músculo esquelético, para este proceso fue necesario realizar una revisión teórica de los antecedentes de investigación y desarrollar una investigación de enfoque cuantitativo, para su desarrollo metodológico fue necesario establecer la población de objeto de estudio y de allí tomar una muestra universal, a la cual se le implemento una encuesta con el fin de conocer diferentes aspectos sobre la apreciación que tiene los oficiales de redes electrices frente a los riesgo de tipo osteomusculares que pueden influir en su desempeño, se realiza un análisis mediante gráficas, el cual brinda una serie de determinaciones y se establece que en la empresa eléctrica existen factores que se asocian a riesgos laborales y enfermedades en relación osteomusculares que genera ausentismo significativo dentro de la organización.
