Abstract
En el entorno empresarial actual, es crucial que las organizaciones cuenten con estrategias claramente definidas y prácticas responsables para garantizar su sostenibilidad a largo plazo. SEIMM SAS, una empresa pequeña bogotana especializada en materiales eléctricos, con 12 años de trayectoria y 7 empleados, ha sido reconocida por su confiabilidad, experiencia y responsabilidad. Sin embargo, enfrenta importantes deficiencias en la dirección estratégica y en Responsabilidad Social Empresarial, según el diagnóstico realizado mediante la Matriz de Modernización para la Gestión de Organizaciones, aplicado a todas las áreas de la empresa. La investigación pretende proponer estrategias para mejorar la implementación de la RSE y el direccionamiento estratégico en SEIMM SAS. Se busca crear un marco estratégico que permita superar los desafíos actuales y potenciar el éxito a largo plazo de la empresa. El proyecto pretende diagnosticar el estado actual de SEIMM SAS, diseñar un esquema de difusión de estrategias utilizando herramientas tecnológicas y proporcionar un modelo replicable para otras microempresas que enfrenten retos similares.
In the current business environment, it is crucial for organizations to have clearly defined strategies and responsible practices to ensure long-term sustainability. SEIMM SAS, a small Bogotá-based company specializing in electrical materials, with 12 years of experience and 7 employees, has been recognized for its reliability, expertise, and responsibility. However, it faces significant deficiencies in strategic management and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), as indicated by the diagnosis conducted using the Modernization Matrix for Organizational Management, applied across all areas of the company. This research aims to propose strategies to improve the implementation of CSR and strategic direction at SEIMM SAS. The goal is to create a strategic framework that addresses current challenges and enhances the company's long-term success. The project intends to diagnose SEIMM SAS's current state, design a strategy dissemination plan using technological tools, and provide a replicable model for other microenterprises facing similar challenges
