Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de grado es analizar estrategias didácticas que permitan la estimulación socioemocional de niños y niñas de 1 a 3 años de edad en los centros infantiles La Caracola y el Hogar Infantil El Principito en los municipios de Sabaneta y Envigado en el departamento de Antioquia. En el documento se aborda la relevancia de la estimulación socioemocional para el desarrollo integral de los niños y niñas, destacando la importancia de crear entornos afectivos adecuados tanto en el hogar como en el aula. A través de una modalidad cualitativa, enfoque interpretativo - descriptivo y método hermenéutico se recopiló la información mediante la observación, entrevistas semiestructuradas y talleres, con el propósito de identificar y describir estrategias que mejoren las habilidades socioemocionales de los infantes. El trabajo subraya la necesidad de transformar los modelos educativos tradicionales hacia enfoques más innovadores que promuevan la participación activa y la independencia de los niños y niñas en su aprendizaje. Se propone una intervención que incluye la implementación y seguimiento de prácticas didácticas dirigidas a mejorar la interacción social y el desarrollo emocional en los centros infantiles mencionados. Se busca que las estrategias didácticas diseñadas no solo fortalezcan el ambiente socioemocional de los niños y niñas en el aula, sino que también tengan un impacto positivo en sus relaciones familiares y en las instituciones educativas. Dentro las conclusiones del trabajo se tienen que, el acompañamiento de los padres de familia en los procesos educativos, son fundamentales para lograr una estimulación y desarrollo integral de los niños y las niñas. Los juegos y las actividades didácticas son eficaces para el desarrollo el trabajo colaborativo, la resolución de conflictos, la gestión correcta de las emociones, la comunicación asertiva y actitudes empáticas de los infantes. Es necesario que las instituciones educativas propendan por innovar en el diseño de sus procesos curriculares, para mejorar el desempeño de los estudiantes en pro del desarrollo socioemocional, a través de la implementación de estrategias didácticas.
The objective of this degree work is to analyze teaching strategies that allow the socioemotional stimulation of boys and girls from 1 to 3 years of age in the La Caracola children's centers and the El Principito Children's Home in the municipalities of Sabaneta and Envigado in the department of Antioch. The document addresses the relevance of socio-emotional stimulation for the comprehensive development of boys and girls, highlighting the importance of creating appropriate emotional environments both at home and in the classroom. Through a qualitative modality, interpretive approach and hermeneutical method, information was collected through observation, semi-structured interviews and workshops, with the purpose of identifying and describing strategies that improve the socio-emotional skills of infants. The work highlights the need to transform traditional educational models towards more innovative approaches that promote the active participation and independence of boys and girls in their learning. An intervention is proposed that includes the implementation and monitoring of teaching practices aimed at improving social interaction and emotional development in the aforementioned children's centers. It is intended that the teaching strategies designed not only strengthen the socio-emotional environment of boys and girls in the classroom, but also have a positive impact on their family relationships and educational institutions. Among the conclusions of the work, it is clear that the support of parents in the educational processes is essential to achieve the stimulation and comprehensive development of boys and girls. Games and didactic activities are effective for developing collaborative work, conflict resolution, correct management of emotions, assertive communication and empathetic attitudes of infants. It is necessary that educational institutions strive to innovate in the design of their curricular processes, to improve student performance in favor of socio-emotional development, through the implementation of didactic strategies.
