Sistematización de experiencia sobre la elaboración del articulo científico titulado “fortalecimiento de la innovación para la competitividad en las pymes mediante estrategias”.
En el panorama empresarial de las pequeñas y medianas empresas (PYMEs), las estrategias se orientan principalmente hacia la generación de beneficios económicos, pero muchas veces descuidan aspectos cruciales como el crecimiento y la innovación en los procesos existentes. Es común observar que estas estrategias se limitan a áreas específicas y carecen de elementos innovadores o creativos que impulsen el desarrollo sostenible de la empresa. Por lo tanto, surge la necesidad imperiosa de identificar los métodos y estrategias que conduzcan a las PYMEs a adoptar una cultura de innovación, mediante la asignación adecuada de recursos y la capacitación en gestión en todas las actividades actuales y futuras de la organización. El presente artículo, a través de una exhaustiva revisión bibliográfica, se propone explorar y analizar los diversos aportes que pueden contribuir a la formulación de estrategias innovadoras en el contexto de las PYMEs. Este análisis se hará considerando la diversidad de situaciones, casos y circunstancias específicas presentadas en distintos estudios de caso, para identificar los métodos, planes o enfoques más efectivos para fomentar un ambiente de innovación en estas empresas. Al finalizar la investigación, se logró identificar las estrategias más prometedoras y globalizadas para las PYMEs, las cuales están diseñadas para impulsar su crecimiento y desarrollo innovador, con miras a generar mayor competitividad en los mercados en los que operan. Estos hallazgos subrayan la importancia de adoptar un enfoque estratégico más integral y proactivo hacia la innovación dentro del tejido empresarial de las PYMEs, como un medio fundamental para asegurar su éxito y supervivencia a largo plazo en un entorno empresarial cada vez más competitivo y cambiante.
In the business landscape of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), strategies are mainly oriented towards generating economic benefits, but often neglect crucial aspects such as growth and innovation in existing processes. It is common to observe that these strategies are limited to specific areas and lack innovative or creative elements that drive the sustainable development of the company. Therefore, there is a pressing need to identify methods and strategies that lead SMEs to adopt a culture of innovation, through the appropriate allocation of resources and management training in all current and future activities of the organization. This article, through an exhaustive bibliographic review, aims to explore and analyze the various contributions that can contribute to the formulation of innovative strategies in the context of SMEs. This analysis will be done considering the diversity of specific situations, cases and circumstances presented in different case studies, to identify the most effective methods, plans or approaches to foster an environment of innovation in these companies. At the end of the research, it was possible to identify the most promising and globalized strategies for SMEs, which are designed to boost their growth and innovative development, with a view to generating greater competitiveness in the markets in which they operate. These findings highlight the importance of adopting a more comprehensive and proactive strategic approach towards innovation within the business fabric of SMEs, as a fundamental means of ensuring their long-term success and survival in an increasingly competitive and changing business environment.
