Abstract
La presente investigación busca identificar el impacto ocasionado por las construcciones de vivienda de interés social en la comuna 4 de Soacha y la responsabilidad social empresarial para tal efecto se realiza una investigación mixta con un componente documental donde se registra documentación secundaria y la aplicación de instrumentos (Corporaciones Ambientales, Corporaciones autónomas regionales, alcaldía de Soacha). Obteniendo como resultados los cambios en los suelos y los daños en los humedales de Tibanica y laguna de terreros en los cuales ha presentado graves problemas de contaminación ambiental de recursos hídricos por invasiones de la zona de ronda hídrica de los humedales y la contaminación de basuras y aguas residuales de gran parte del espejo de agua de los humedales. La afectación es significativa en la medida que hay construcciones de habitación e industriales situadas dentro de la ronda y el espejo de agua y los recicladores depositan residuos de desechos en las áreas aledañas al humedal. El riesgo de construcción o secamiento del humedal es inminente, sin mencionar los problemas de sanidad que soportan los habitantes.
The present investigation seeks to identify the impact caused by the housing constructions of social interest in the Soacha community 4 for an effect such that a mixed investigation is carried out with a documentary component where they are recorded according to the documentation and the application of instruments (Corporations Ambientales, Autonomous Regional Corporations, and City Hall of Soacha) Obtaining results for changes in soils and damages in the tibial and white earth wetlands in the soils has presented serious problems of environmental contamination of the water resources caused by the invasions of the wetland line of the wetlands and the pollution of garbage and wastewater from a large part of the water mirror of the wetlands. The affectation is significant insofar as the room and industrial constructions are inside the round and the water mirror and the recyclers deposit waste residues in the areas surrounding the wetland. The risk of construction or drying of the wetland is imminent, without mentioning the health problems that the inhabitants endure. (Car, 2018)
