Abstract
Con el fin de evaluar y analizar el crecimiento económico y financiero del aguacate Hass en el municipio de San Pedro de los Milagros y el impacto que ha tenido, partiendo del conocimiento previo de que este municipio se dedica ampliamente a la producción ganadera, es importante tener en cuenta las diversas crisis que han afectado esta actividad económica. Por ello, en busca de tener diversas opciones de actividad económica, desde hace aproximadamente una década varios productores del municipio han apuntado a la diversificación de sus ingresos a través de este producto. Con esta investigación se pretende realizar un trabajo de campo con los productores y sus pequeñas empresas para obtener información en base a los conocimientos y experiencias adquiridas por ellos, hacer uso de recursos de investigación teórica que permitan mostrar el crecimiento del mercado del aguacate Hass partiendo desde lo micro hasta lo macro, al igual que se toma un caso de estudio especifico de una de las microempresas y se establece la viabilidad financiera, los estado de resultados e implicaciones legales necesarias para analizar el estado actual de la organización y así finalmente exponer el crecimiento y rentabilidad del producto en la zona.
In order to evaluate and to analyze the economic and financial growth of the avocado Hass in San's Pedro municipality of the Miracles and the impact that has had, departing from the previous knowledge from that this municipality devotes itself widely to the cattle production, is important bear in mind the diverse crises that have affected this economic activity. For it, in search of having diverse options of economic activity, for approximately a decade several producers of the municipality have pointed at the diversification of his income across this product. With this investigation one tries to realize a fieldwork with the producers and his small enterprises to obtain information on the basis of the knowledge and experiences acquired by them, to use resources of theoretical investigation that allow to show the growth of the market of the avocado Hass dividing from mike up to macro, as there takes a case of specific study of one of the microcompanies and there is established the financial viability, the estado of results and legal necessary implications to analyze the current condition of the organization and this way finally to expose the growth and profitability of the product in the zone.
